Summary: Pennsylvania mass murderer who was convicted and sentenced to death for the brutal murders of 27-year-old Denise Lucic and her children 8-year-old Danielle and 4-year-old John Jeffrey at their Ambridge, Pennsylvania home in 1981, who maintained his innocence throughout his trial and never expressed remorse but continued to appeal his case, in which a federal judge overturned his three death sentences in 2007 when prosecutors appealed the ruling and the case was still pending before the U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia, who became one of the state's longest-serving death row inmates and his case became one of the most notorious in Beaver County history.
